My dog ate blueberries, vomited red, but acts normal. Vet?

Question

My dog ate a lot of blueberries that were composting yesterday and 12 hours later vomited a red liquid. It looked like blood, but didn't act like blood when I cleaned it up. She's taking treats normally and isn't acting unusual. Should I observe her or immediately take her to the emergency vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 53 lbs

Hello. Since she is acting normal & eating, you are fine to just watch her for now. If she continues to act well over the next 24-48 hours, then she should just continue to do well.
