Why would a cat's nose bleed after death from heart failure?

If a cat died from some type of heart related failure, would there be blood coming out from nose after death?

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Heart failure in most of the instances causes fluid build up in the lungs. This fluid (which is pink/red and frothy) comes out from the nose and mouth after death.
