Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female
I watch after my neighbor's cat since they keep her outside. I let her live in my house now. She's a tortie and very skinny. I noticed her eyes are often dilated. Now that she pooped indoors, I could see she has greyish clay-colored stool. I don't know how old she is. She eats normal, drinks normal, and acts pretty calm. What could these symptoms mean?

There are many things that can cause a cat to be underweight and have abnormal stools including parasites, infections, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, diabetes, etc. You could schedule an appointment with a vet for a work up to determine the cause.
