Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Rebel. Poor girl. It may be her intestinal tract is so irritated from the diarrhea that it's now turned bloody or she could have hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Because it's turned bloody, it's time to see the vet. I would take her into a vet today to get this diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!
