Hello our cat fishy has a swollen and infected nipple. She's spayed since she was 10month old (had babies at 7month). We were told to put cortisone on which we did for a week but no change. And she keeps biting it. We put a cone on for 2hrs after the cream. Last image has the cortisone one that's why it looks white. Cant get the image from the wound side since she wont be still

That looks like it could be a mass so she needs to be examined by a vet. It may need to be removed and submitted for a biopsy. If it is just infected then she needs an oral antibiotic to treat. Topical cortisone is not going to be enough to treat the problem based on the pictures.
