Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Luna. This is a medical emergency, and she has to see a vet now. I see that she isn't spayed and this behavior can be a sign of a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. Your only option is to take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

It could be that Luna is suffering from a foreign body, could have GI tumors, may have eaten something toxic, or could have a pyometra (a life threatening infection of the uterus). Her symptoms are a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet now. She needs veterinary attention immediately, please bring her into a vet asap.
