Pink mole-like growths on my dog: What are they and are they serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Manchester Terrier(Toy) | Male | neutered | 11 years and 2 months old | 21 lbs

Hi, Zorro has had this pinkish mole like thing by his upper thigh leg, I’m not sure if it maybe got a little bit bigger, he also has had a pink mole like thing on top of his upper chest , here are pics attached, I’m wondering what they could be, it’s really difficult at times to take him to the vet, he was a rescue and has severe anxiety at vet he panics and will try to bite, if he takes a pill sedative he panicks and brakes a nail in his hand and nail starts to bleed, I’m not sure what to do...

Hello. These look to be very typical warts. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they do not start enlarging. Generally, the only time we worry about warts is if a pet begins to chew on them causing bleeding. Otherwise, it is just a sign of aging & there is no need to really worry about them.
