My dog got hit in the head by a small object. Should I take her to the vet?

My airpods case, which is solid yet very compact, fell off the couch and hit my dog in the head. She didn’t react with a scream like she normally would when in pain, but it was a direct hit and I’m very concerned if i need to take her to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs
