What bones are safe for my 2-month-old puppy to chew?

My puppy is a little over 2 months old. Is it ok for him to chew this bone while supervised?

That looks like a rawhide type which is soft enough for puppies when supervised and removed before they become small enough to try and swallow. It is important to avoid over hard toys such as real bones, antlers, nylabone while he still has baby teeth
