Why is my senior boxer gurgling, refusing food, and acting strange?

11 year old boxer has been having high pitched stomach gurgling, refuses food, and is uncharacteristically wanting out more. His behavior is abnormal and concerning. He has also had 2 strokes and has been developing cataracts. Usually he hates going out but has been insisting on being outside more. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 11 years and 1 month old

Please, monitor Charles for signs of diarrhoea and vomiting and if he does start to vomit or pass loose stools, take him to your local vets for an appointment. However, if Charles's stomach looks bloated or he starts dry heaving, you should take him to your vets as an emergency - these symptoms will be consisted with stomach bloat / twist.
