My pet sparrow has watery poop. Is it from apples or mealworms?

I have a spet sparrow- about one year old. She has been having watery stools for 2 days- maybe a little more in volume. She does not appear ill or her behavior unchanged. I am running low on live mealworms and have been feeding her a little more apple than usual. If the apple is the cause, will it correct itself when I stop feeding it or is ther acommon sense, household/ food I can give to correct it? Also , I've been feeding her the meal worm nymphs ( that precede the beetles) as I am lob. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 10 months and 29 days old | 0.044 lbs
