Pet's info: Dog | American Eskimo Dog | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 23 lbs
My dog is just a little over a year old. He recently got neutered a month ago. I don’t know if it’s related but now his skin is getting small little brown spots when he never had any. It’s on his nose and mainly on his belly where they are visible. I’m worried they may be something wrong because they showed up quite rapidly and he gets more and more of them as time passes.

Don't worry - this is perfectly normal pigmentation! The pigment of the skin can gradually change as dogs age. This isn't related to Casper's recent neuter. Other causes of pigment change can occur due to underlying medical conditions, but these typically have other associated signs, such as itching, hair loss, redness, changes in drinking or urination, among others. From the look of Casper's skin in this picture, I wouldn't worry even a little bit! :-)
