My quiet cat is suddenly meowing constantly. Should I be worried?

My 7 year old 13 pound male Maine coon has been way more vocal than normal. He's pretty quiet, but he won't stop meowing at me. It's only been a day, but I'm always worried about my cats and their health. Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 7 years and 2 months old | 13 lbs

He may be meowing at you because he wants more attention. He may also be hungry or bored. Try playing with him, make sure he has food, and give him lots of love.
