Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. it does sound serious. Profound vomiting and diarrhea in such a young puppy can lead quickly to dehydration. If possible, please take Bailey to your local emergency service for an appointment tonight. If this is not an option, you should withhold any water or food overnight, offer him very small amount of water in the morning and take him to your regular vets as soon as they open on Saturday morning.

This sounds like a very serious or life threatening condition. I would take her in right away for a veterinary exam and treatment. You’ve given it long enough to see if she would improve on her own and I’m concerned she won’t make it without immmediate treatment. Without further details I’m not sure the reason. It could be from and injury, infection, or other underlying medical problem. Your veterinarian will be able to diagnose the problem and start treatment. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Hazel.

These are all very concerning signs and may be due to severe illness or an obstruction in his bowel and may be life threatening given the degree of weakness. Please have him assessed urgently by your vet
