Why is my nervous cat still spraying after trying home remedies?

My 3 year old cat Alfie (neutered) has been spraying all around the house for around a year now since the arrival of our neighbours very territorial cat. Alfie has always been very nervous but he seems a lot worse in the past year. I've tried everything I can think of such as calming tablets, calming spray, making sure he has lots of attention, making sure the urine is thoroughly cleaned up etc but nothing is working. I'm really getting stressed and wondered if you've any advice? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old
