stray cat, very sweet. can't close mouth ...wants to eat and drink. no money for vet, we think she's been abandoned

This is a medical emergency, and she has to see a vet. I will give you some resources that can help you afford a vet, but if you truly can't afford one, take her into the SPCA immediately. They can get her the veterinary care she desperately needs and find her a home. I hope this helps!
