Why are my dog's skin growths near paws and legs turning black?

My dog has nude color grow out of his skin near paws and legs then turns black once it out and air hits it what is this pls?

Obviously I can't definitively determine the cause of Fabulous's skin lesions without examining him and taking a biopsy sample. However, looking at the pictures, some of the most likely causes of this type of lesion include papillomas, over production of keratin, or benign skin tags. It would be best to have this lesion examined by your vet. Some lesions that stick out can get caught on objects, causing the area to bleed and potentially become infected.
