Tonks was treated for ringworm. A month ago the vet gave her an antibiotic and steroids when the results for ringworm were negative when I went back the results came back positive and she was treated with a lime sulfer dip on Monday they told me she needed sedation as she was uncooperative since then she is lethargic she is eating minimally but she will not get up to use the bathroom, she goes where she is and is also secreting a white liquid when pooping. she is also sleeping as pictured.

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Tonks. I'm very concerned about her secreting a white liquid, and I'm worried it's not coming from her bottom but rather her vulva. I see she is not spayed, and she could have a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that causes a white discharge, loss of appetite, and severe lethargy. A pyometra is fatal without treatment, so I think the best thing to do is take her into a vet immediately. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is part of the recommended treatment. Best of luck.
