Found a growth on my dog's lip after grooming. Is it serious?

Just had my dog groomed and found a growth on her lip. Can’t get into the vet for two weeks. She is a five year old Wheaton Terrier. Pet's info: Dog | Wheaten Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 35 lbs
