Found a growth on my dog's lip after grooming. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Wheaten Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 35 lbs

Just had my dog groomed and found a growth on her lip. Can’t get into the vet for two weeks. She is a five year old Wheaton Terrier.

It's difficult to see the growth clearly in the picture, it's not urgent but it will need to be checked physically by your vet, he will likely want to take a small needle sample to send to the lab for analysis this way he will be able to tell you what it is and what treatment is needed.
