Hi, I have a 2 yr old pitoxer and he has red but not swollen testicles. His testicles seem a bit smaller than usual. He's also shedding alot.

Hello. This does not look too alarming. Your pet may have some allergies & that might contribute to the hair loss as well as the redness to his testicles.
