My cat with IBD ate garlic Alfredo. Is this amount dangerous?

My 9 year old, 11lb, cat with IBD got into our dinner and ate a small amount, probably ten noodles or less, of Pizza Hut Alfredo which has garlic purée in it. Is this amount dangerous?

Since Montie has IBD, it could be this will cause a problem. I'd keep a close eye on him and if he gets any concerning symptoms like vomiting or a loss of appetite, take him into a vet immediately. I hope this helps!
