My dog's dry, irritated skin bumps aren't healing. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs
Hi! I have a Miniature Pinscher and she got like 2 pimples on her 2 weeks ago. So i went to the doctor and he said it was okay and we have nothing to worry about. Now its almost 10 and its really dry and shes getting angry if we touching it alot.

I don't think this looks serious. I suggest you apply a topical antibiotic cream to the area. If after a week it does not appear to be healing then she should go back to the vet for a follow-up exam.

This really looks like a skin infection. I would recommend having a recheck and it looks like she should be on an oral antibiotic that is effective for skin infections. Your vet may also want to make sure that this is not a fungal infection.
