My dog's dry, irritated skin bumps aren't healing. What should I do?

Hi! I have a Miniature Pinscher and she got like 2 pimples on her 2 weeks ago. So i went to the doctor and he said it was okay and we have nothing to worry about. Now its almost 10 and its really dry and shes getting angry if we touching it alot. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs

I don't think this looks serious. I suggest you apply a topical antibiotic cream to the area. If after a week it does not appear to be healing then she should go back to the vet for a follow-up exam.
