New puppy touched animal poop. Should I worry about him getting sick?

Hello, I just brought my new 8 week old puppy home. We had a very long road trip and needed to make a potty break. I put him on the ground so he could pee and there was some scat near by that I hadn't seen. Do I need to worry about him getting sick? He has had his second round of vaccinations.

No, I would not be overly worried about it. Just wipe his feet off with a baby wipe (or similar) after he walks in the grass. Even though he has had two sets of vaccines - the vaccine given at 6 weeks does not really count - so, he still needs vaccines at 12 and 16 weeks of age.
