Why is my new cat vomiting, having diarrhea, and bloody stool?

Poor Sergio. If he is eating a different diet than he was before, that could be causing the stomach upset and diarrhea. It could also be that he is sick. Because he is vomiting, having diarrhea, and there appears to be blood in it, he's too sick for a home remedy. I'd take him into a vet immediately to get this treated. Best of luck.

    BoJack is so handsome, congrats on your new cat! Yes, bloody diarrhea can be a cause for concern, but because he is otherwise acting normally, it could be stress from moving into a new home. It could also be due to a diet change if you are feeding him a different food from what he got at the shelter. I would keep an eye on him, and if the bloody diarrhea continues over the next 24-48 hours, I would have him checked out by a vet. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
