Why is my dog peeing inside, very thirsty, and her pee stinks?

My dog for a little while has been peeing in the house, thirsty, and lately my mum has said that my dogs pee has started to REALLY stink

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Nina. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian. Increases in thirst and urination can indicate an underlying disease. For example, diabetes can cause these symptoms. The veterinarian will examine her and likely collect blood and urine. Based on these results, treatment can be started if necessary. In the meantime, take her outside frequently. Do not restrict her access to water. If she has a metabolic disorder, then he body needs the extra water. I hope this information helps!
