Puppy threw up 8 times after lake trip. Should I take him to vet?

My 11 week German shepherd just vomited 8 times this morning coming off of day 2 from visiting a nearby lake he didn’t play in the water to much but did get in a couple times. Should I take him To a vet?

Yes I recommend to have your puppy examined today. Eight times is a lot of times to vomit. It's possible your puppy has picked up something from the lake but it's also possible there could be other causes like giardia or even something like parvo (your puppy is not yet old enough to be fully protected from vaccines). With young puppies, it's better to play it safe so I recommend to have him checked today. I hope this helps and that he starts feeling better quickly!
