My male puppy's genitalia started to look inflammed or something , it's intermittent . He also has lethargy for afew days now . What to do ? Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 28 days old | 20 lbs

Poor guy. He needs to be seen by a vet right away. HE could have an infection here causing the redness and lethargy and this needs to be investigated first with some baseline bloodwork/urinalysis and then treated appropriately through your veterinarian. There really isn't anything you can do at home until we know what is causing Oscar's illness. Best to take him to a vet right away. I do hope that your puppy Oscar is able to get better soon!
