Why is my old robo hamster not moving, falling, and not eating?

Hi my robo hamster is 3 years old and she was fine yesterday but today she has not been moving and her eyes are closed and she moves a little but falls over, heart beat is fast and shes making repeated quite noises. wont drink or eat anything. Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Female | spayed | 3 years and 1 month old
