Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Baby. Poor boy! It's very serious that he's vomiting and is in pain. Unfortunately there are no pain medications you can give him. Many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. The best thing you can do for him is take him into a vet immediately to get this treated. Best of luck.
