My puppy cracked a tooth. Is an urgent vet visit necessary if no pain?

My 11 week old puppy cracked her tooth while playing with another dog she is not showing any signs of pain and eating fine. Should I be rushing her to the vet or can it wait to her scheduled appointment Friday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 30 lbs

Hello. That tooth probably should come out, even though it is a puppy tooth, but you can wait until Friday as long as Luna does not seem uncomfortable. . Your veterinarian might just leave it be, but there is a small chance of infection that can get into the root & then the bone causing problems with the adult tooth.
