My dog's ear is raw and bloody after prednisone, should I go to ER?

Nancy had a ear hematoma given prednisone 5mg for 2wks finished the pills but now has a raw bloody path by her ear she doesn't seem bothered by it and hasn't been playing with it calling the vet in the morning but should she go to the ER. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs
