If she is pregnant, I suspect that she will start to show within the next one to two weeks. You should also see her mammary glands develop. After 28 days of pregnancy, she can see a veterinarian to have her pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound. A puppy count can be done with x-rays after about 45 days of gestation.
