Why is my 4-month-old bird plucking feathers and bald under wings?

She seems to pluck her feather now and then. And I can see she plucks them mostly under her wings and there is a very small bald spot . She is just 4 months old so is it normal for her to pluck her feather? So what can I do to stop it?. What might be the reasons for it? Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Female
