My new cat is sneezing with snot and had a URI. What should I do?

I adopted my cat 2 weeks ago and a couple days ago he started sneezing and some of his snot dries up by his nostril. He has been drinking plenty of water, his appetite is strong, and he is active and sleeping well. I saw in his medical history he had a URI but was treated. What should I do? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 8 lbs
