My 7-week-old kitten won't eat and has crusty eyes. What's wrong?

I have this 7 week old kitten and the mom had just recently rejected it because it’s been sick pass few days, iv notice it hasn’t been eating and only drinking water, iv tried giving it kitten milk but nothing, it has crust around the eyes ( cleaning them one of them finely starting to open back up) I can’t get him to eat at all.
