My dog has bloody vomit and dark red diarrhea. Is it an emergency?

My baby sky as of early morning time yesterday was hiding from me and started puking. Then later on had some blood looked like fruit punch. And her heart went fast like she was scared. Then later that day started squiring dark red diarrhea and still iui s 5 times now and was a little wheezy once. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed

If Sky has vomiting and diarrhea she needs to see a vet. Unfortunately her symptoms are very vague and could be from any illness or disease process. If Sky is a puppy I would be very worried about parvovirus. If she is an adult my first guess would be hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Either way, she needs to see a vet. Please take her as soon as possible.
