What's this wound on my kitten's neck with hair loss? Home treatment?

Kettey female kitten of my CAT Goldiee, she is doing very fine. She is eating and playing all day around with other kittens. Never steps out of house till now. But we find on wound like spot on her back neck. And it's small before 2 days not it's growing but no itchiness shown by her. And hairs are gown from infected part. Could please see and let us know what is this and how we treat at home as no vet available due to Covid-19 in our area. Please help as much worried about her and rest kitte. Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. You need to clean it twice a day with antiseptic solution. 4% chlorhexidine would work best, you should be able to buy it at pharmacies or online. Also, make sure that that your Kettey is not scratching that area and that the other cats are not licking the wound. It should go away after a few days, but if not, she will need to be put on a course of antibiotics.
