Why are my dog's feet red and itchy despite allergy meds?

Hello doc My dog is having allergy and given him neomec tablet 10mg for 10 days but does not find useful and his feet are reddish pink and start giving him ultrahypo but he does not like it at all

Hello. Does Marshall have mange? That is what we would use Neomec for ( ivermectin ). The only thing I could find out about Ultrahypo is this is a dog food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. So, my concerns are if your vet is just guessing what might be bothering Marshall's skin, or have actually mange mites & food sensitivities been diagnosed. If this is a mange mite, it can take several weeks for the mites to completely die. If this is a true allergy response, then he needs to be on a proper medication for allergies.
