Hello. My cat has been diagnosed with poisoning and now she is under treatment. They feed her with a serum and we give her a little amount of food. But she haven't pooped yet. Is it dangerous?

Any poisoning is dangerous. Without knowing the specific poison she ingested I can't give you a prognosis at all. Do not worry about her not pooping. She hasn't been eating enough and most poisons slow down the GI tract. Unless she is straining to poop like she is constipated I would not be worried about it.
