My dog's tummy is growling constantly and she won't eat. What to do?

Ruby's tummy has been growling constantly. She isn't having any other issues, she isn't eating well for me. But no diarrhea or vomiting. Just not eating well and I can hear her stomach growling. What should I do to soothe it? She's hates pepto & refuses to take it so I'm not sure what else to do or what caused it. She hasn't eaten anything odd or been outside. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 6 lbs

You can try some over the counter gas drops for infants. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Little-Remedies-Gas-Relief-Drops-1-oz/20684153 She can have 1/2 dropperful every 6-8 hours. If that doesn't help her within a day or two then she should see a vet.
