Why does my baby pigeon have a red spot around its eye?

One month old baby pigeon has a weird red spot around the eye. The baby pigeon is afraid to fly. Their parents are taking care of him and feeding him regularly. Which disease is this and kindly advise the treatment. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 1 month old | 1lb

This is most likely pigeon pox. I would just leave it alone. There is no cure or treatment. In some cases it will resolve on it's own. It can be transmitted to your other birds. There is a vaccine and it is recommended.
