Poor girl. Constipation in cats typically is treated with either a laxative called Laxatone, which may be available at your local pet store but is also available through your vet. If the constipation is severe however she will need to have an enema done through your vet. Do NOT give an over the counter enema in your cat as some of these are quite toxic. Rice looking worms are likely tapeworms and are often treated with a medication called Cestex or Droncit for cats. You may also be able to find this at your local petstore. I hope that your pet Kiara gets her issues resolved soon! Best of luck and take care.
