What is this dark spot on my dog's gum? Is it normal or concerning?

Hi, any idea on what this is? It doesn’t bother him, it’s been there for a couple of months, I always forget to mention it to his vet. His last check up was 3 weeks ago, and his vet said he was 100% healtht and perfect It doesn’t bleed, I’ve noticed no blood anywhere or in the water, he eats perfectly fine, and his normal otherwise. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 13 lbs

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It looks like local gum pigmentation or mild inflammation. I don't think there is anything to worry about, but please show it to your vet the next time you take Tiny for an appointment.
