Why is my dog not eating, vomiting yellow, and constipated?

What should I do my dog doesn't want to eat after he took a bath. Then in the evening he vomits yellow liquid from 8pm, 3:30am and 5:30am. His stool is hard.

Poor Skyler! I can give you a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. My dog weighs 65 pounds he is a 6 year old mutt. Lately he has moved from ole roy food to retriever brand food. Today was the first day he was fully weaned. He hasn't eaten any of his new food in about 3 hours. He woke up and threw up on the carpet.

Throwing up can be caused by a food sensitivity, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, an intestinal blockage, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, etc.  I would fast your dog for 24 hours and then put the dog on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the diarrhea or if the vomiting increases, or if your dog gets lethargic, he needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection or chronic pancreatitis going on.

Make sure he is up to date on his deworming treatments, giving him one if he's not. I can also give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps before having to take him into the vet.
