Why is my sick kitten lethargic and stinky after lying in litter?

My kitten got sick yesterday and laid in her litter box, she didn't will to come out. Today morning she came out and she is stinking very much. I gave her a bath with warm water only, then also the is stinking. Still now she is lethargic and stinking. Please help me out. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female

Poor girl. Kitty sounds very ill and may have an infection. You need to take her to your local vet right away if you want to help her at this point. The vet needs to do some bloodwork on her to determine if an infection is present and then prescribe medication to hopefully stabilize her condition quickly. This cannot be treated at home, especially since we don't know what the underlying problem is. Please take her now.
