My dog threw up a sock and has diarrhea. When should I see a vet?

My dog has been regurgitating and having diarrhea for a few hours. He threw up what looked like a sock a while ago but still continues to have liquid diarrhea. Very concerned and wondering if I should take him to a vet now! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 65 lbs

If your Otto continues to vomit, producing diarrhoea and if he looks unwell and uncomfortable, then please take him to your nearest vet now. If the vomiting stopped and he is able to rest and relax, you can withhold food and water for him and see your regular vets in the morning.
