Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Female | spayed | 36 lbs
Hi, My dog appears to have urinary incontinence. It began earlier this evening with slight dribbles and has progressed to small puddles around the house (over a ~3-4 hr time span). She has previously had an UTI. She is behaving, eating, looking, etc. normal. The only vets that are seeing patients during this pandemic around me are very expensive emergency services- is this something that needs to be immediately addressed/diagnosed with an in person consultation? Thanks, Ashley

Hi Ashely. It could be Bailey has another UTI and she will need to see a vet. If she appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until Monday morning. If she appears lethargic, ill or distressed, or if the urine appears very bloody, then she should be seen by a vet ASAP. Feed her wet/canned food, add water to it, and make sure she drinks a lot of water to help flush the bladder. I hope this helps!
