My dog has red dots on his belly after grass. Is it an allergic reaction?

He was play in grass and it and led down for a bit and 50 minutes later he had red dots on his belly and I would like to know if it’s any dangerous. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 7 days old | 6 lbs

If it is not bothering Milo, if he doesn't want scratch it or bite it, you should monitor him today. Typically, this kind of skin rash should go away within a few days. However, if it is itchy, painful or hot to touch, you should take him to your local vets to get treatment with a cream/ointment or anti-inflammatory injection
