Why is my dog restless, whining, not sleeping after eating spicy ribs?

Zeus has not slept all night. He's been winning, yelping, paisting, he wont hold still for no longer than 5 minutes. I dont know what's going on with him, yesterday around 10:00pm he got into some spicy ribs, but he hasnt had any diarrhea or vomiting. He does this every now and then but once we pick him up it goes away. But last night we tried taking him outside, holding him, playing with him and letting him play with the other dogs and nothing is helping. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 6 days old | 10 lbs

Something is definitely wrong but I really can't tell you what it is because his symptoms are too vague. Any illness can cause this behavior. I think it is best if you have him checked out in person by a vet.
