Dog with false pregnancy: vomiting, shivering, and diarrhea. What's wrong?

Cosita is healthy, despite her bad days, right now she is going through a false pregnancy, just leaking milk and swollen breast. But just at 4:00pm, she is shivering a little bit, she just went outside, pooped and peed, but she came inside and pooped, about 10 minutes later, she pooped 3 times again, she spent 15 minutes outside, which should be enough to let it all out, she also vomited her food that she ate at 10:00am, she came and hid, and panting. Is this a stomach upset? Barely happened. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 5 months old | 5 lbs

It could be stomach upset but it could be something more serious like a pyometra. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. I'd have her seen by a vet now to be safe. Best of luck.
